heart and stroke foundation rebrand

Re-brand project for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. I decided to take the leap and change their name entirely taking out the word "stroke" because it felt a little cold and sterile. Having the words "heart" and "health" speaks more towards their purpose and what their goals and accomplishments are. Creating a heart logo to go with the brand, it creates a unity within the marketing elements plus the stationary aspects. It creates a familiarity within the brand while also being able to have a simple element within their advertisements and marketing promotions.
